The Process:
Discovery Phase
We'll meet over video call to talk through your practice, goals, and what you need from your website. After our call, I’ll share a proposal with your package, timeline, pricing, and other details. Once it's signed and invoice is paid, we move to the next phase!
Content Phase
This is where most of your work happens! Depending on your package, you'll complete a design questionnaire, write copy for your pages, and gather your headshots and brand photos.
Alternatively, for packages with professional copywriting and other services included, you'll complete a content questionnaire or two, and my trusted specialists will work their magic from there. Once I have what I need, I'll share design directions to lock in your branding before we officially start building your website.

Design Phase
Time to take a breather and get excited about your website! I’ll jump into designing your website and bringing your content to life. We'll keep open communication throughout the process, as your feedback is so important (it is your website, after all!). We’ll meet to review the completed website and talk about any revisions needed. I'll make adjustments and do a final check for functionality and design.
Final Phase
When we meet for our final call, I'll walk you through the website and answer any questions. I’ll also show you where to find your video tutorials, brand details, and tips for after the launch. Once your final invoice is paid, I'll transfer the site to you with simple instructions for publishing it. Next? Time to celebrate!
